To create a production order:
- Open Production orders (section SCHEDULING) and then a manufacturing type.
- Click the Create new button
.
The production order creation process consists of five steps:
- Configure
- Designs
- Build
- Verify
- Confirm
Configure
Enter or select Name, Machine, Quality and Colored yarn set.
Configure Optional settings on first time machine use or if settings changed.
Designs
Pick the designs you will use in this order from the design library. You can use the search tool to browse your designs.
Build
Drag the designs from the right tab to the order plan. When a design is added, it is recolored according to the selected colored yarn. You can change quantity and finishing of an image by clicking the Edit design pencil when hovering it.
Verify
In the verify step, free zones will be inserted with the pattern an number of dents as specified in the optional settings in the Configure step. The remaining dents will be classified as rest. You can change this.
Confirm
Review the production plan summary and confirm it. The production order will be processed and send to the machine. You can follow up the current state in de list overview and see that is added to the queue on the planning board.
