The Reports module under Trends & report (MONITORING) allows to interactively analyze production efficiency, identify issues, analyze performance, track orders, evaluate machines, and thus helps you to make decisions to improve productivity, reduce downtime, and optimize overall operations.

The Reports module consists of predefined pages that can be selected at the bottom. The purpose and contents of each page are explained below.

By default, the data is filtered to the last week including the day when you open the page ('today') and all machines of your subscription are shown.

Home

The Home page provides a comprehensive dashboard of the manufacturing process, highlighting key performance metrics.

Visuals on this page:

• Running: Total running time of the shown machines.
• Production: Total production output. If your subscription includes different machine types, you might need to filter per machine type to have a meaningful value.
• RPM: Average machine speed. (Revolutions Per Minute)
• States: Proportion of running time versus stopped time.
• Reason: Machine stop reasons and the number of stops for each reason, sorted descending by the number of stops.
• Order: List of orders and their respective start times, sorted descending by the start time.
• Production by date: Production output over different dates, with bars indicating production volumes.
• Machine: Detailed statistics for each machine.

Productivity

Provides a more granular view of production data, segmented by production date, shift, machine, product and operator.

Efficiency

Provides an analysis of efficiency metrics for both weavers and machines and shows a visual representation of the efficiency and production over time.

Stops

Provides detailed insights into stoppages in the manufacturing process helping to identify and categorize stops, analyze stop durations, evaluate machine performance, understand operator impact.

Stop trend

Provides a detailed analysis of stop events in the production process, their impact on efficiency, and the reasons behind them.

Production report

Provides a detailed analysis of production performance, stops and efficiency.

Declarations

Provides an in-depth breakdown of declarations, enabling performance analysis by shifts, machines, and operators. 

Declared trend

Offers a comprehensive view of declarations, their time impact, and associated losses, enabling to pinpoint areas for operational improvements.
