Machine cards are shown in Plant view (section Monitoring)A machine card is a box with a header and content.

  • The header show the status, icon, name, active declaration of a machine.
  • The content shows a group of machine and production related report items.

Example:

Different 'templates' can be selected in Plant view resulting in another group of report items to be shown. This allows to focus on particular data, e.g. efficiency, stop rates. The shown report items can differ according the machine type or according the machine status (run, stop).

The default templates can be customized and new ones can be created. See Customizing machine cards for more information.

Zooming

Depending on the zoom level (use the Zoom in and Zoom out  buttons), the machine card only shows an icon (according the machine type) or the detail view with KPI's.

Status color

The border color indicates the status of a machine:

No color

Disconnected: The machine is not configured for Connect or does not have an active connection.

Manual stop: The machine was manually stopped. No intervention is needed,

Critical stop: The machine was critically stopped and intervention is needed,

Machine running

Declarations

This status color is overruled by the declaration color if a declaration is active. The header also shows the pattern that is defined for the declaration. This remains visible until the stop code is received. See also Declaration settings.
