You can add credits through the admin portal: https://admin.texconnect.io/
In the Wallet section, select: Add Credits
You can choose to pay through Wire Transfer or with Online Payment by credit card. Select the desired option in the Transfer Type selection box.
- Online Payment: You will be redirected to the to the credit card payment website where you can pay by credit card. Your credits will be assigned immediately. An invoice will be generated within 10 minutes.
- Wire transfer: An invoice will be generated with 10 minutes. You need to pay the indicated amount though wire transfer. Once we have received the money at Vandewiele you will receive your credits (note that this may take a couple of days)
To view your invoice click on the details button next to your order reference.
Once an invoice is available, you can view an invoice number and select the download button. If you do not see the invoice number/ download button, it means that the invoice is not yet generated. If you do not see an invoice number 10 minutes after you placed your order, try refreshing the page by pressing F5

In case of an Online Payment invoice the notification "Already paid" is visible on the invoice:
