The Event board module (section MONITORING) provides an overview of your machines, production orders, start and stop times and their current status. Upon opening, it displays the events of the last hour.
The Event board module shows:
- Time grid: Displays the same elements as in the Planning board: see Visual layout for a description. The currently visible hour is indicated by a blue disc (e.g. 14 in the screenshot).
- Machines: To limit the view to specific planning groups, use the Filter button
.
- Production orders are shown as a box with a header that shows the order ID and a line that can show:
- Thin gray line: The machine is running.
- Red bar: The machine is stopped. The automatic stops are defined in the Data Unit setups module (Automatic stop mapping).
- Line in another color: A declaration was entered. The declarations and their color is defined in the Declarations module (see Declarations).
- No line: The machine is disconnected.
You can navigate to other time periods in the following ways:
- Click another hour on top of the time grid.
- Switch between the 1 hour or 1 day view using the selection box in the top-right corner.
- Use the
and
buttons on the left to navigate to the previous or next day. Then select the hour that you wish to view.
- Click the date to open a calendar and select another date.
You can hover over the lines and bars in the timeline to view more detailed information about the machine’s state, declaration or automatic stop.
In case of a declaration, the tooltip shows a header with the name of the declaration.
In case of an automatic stop, the header shows the value and name of the automatic stop group.
