The Customers module is available in the SCHEDULING section. For non-plastics installations, it is available under the Sales branch.
The Customer field is informational only. When a customer is selected for a product or production order, this information can be displayed in the Plant view to support identification or prioritization.
Fields:
| Number | Unique identifier for each customer. |
| Name | The customer’s name or company name. |
| Street name | Address detail for logistics or invoicing purposes. |
| Contact e-mail address for communication. | |
| Telephone | Phone number. |
| Comments | Any additional notes or remarks related to the customer or the entered information. |
