Buggy selection

When working with a production order, a buggy can be selected in the configure phase.

The Select buggy list shows the number of picks and meters that are already planned for each buggy.

Example: we start with an empty buggy.

Buggy related information in next builder steps 

When moving on to the builder step of our production order, you can see the Remaining length in buggy. When hovering this information, more information appears.

If we add, edit or delete design / orderlines of this production order, these values will automatically be updated.

Another production order with the same buggy

Let's say we save this production order and move on to a new one. When we select the same buggy used in the last schedule, you can see how much of this buggy is already filled up. This is very helpful the for planner to get the maximum out of their buggies.

The scale of the builder will automatically adapt to the Remaining length in buggy, accounting the added designs / order lines in the previous production orders.

Quantity suggestion of designs / order lines to add will also be updated according to the remaining length in the buggy.

When verifying the production schedule, we can see that the scale of the production schedule is once again based on the remaining length in the buggy.
