The features described in this article allow you to adjust how reports are displayed. You can:

  • Sort tables
  • Adjust the width of columns
  • Scroll to view long visuals
  • Focus on a single visual
  • Spotlight a visual
  • Show a table instead of a chart

Sort tables

Tables can be sorted by any column by clicking the column header. The sorting is indicated with an arrow.

Charts and tables can be sorted via the More options button in the top right corner of the visual. Further options depend on the chart type.

Adjust the column width of tables

Adjust the width of columns in tables to better view the data. If the column name does not fit, '...' is shown.

Scroll to view long visuals

When visuals contain more data than can be displayed within the available space, a scroll bar appears to scroll left/right or up/down to view all data.

Focus on a single visual

When you need to examine a visual closely, present it without distractions from other elements on the page, or simply exclude the scroll bar, you can use focus mode. This expands the visual to fill the entire screen, providing a clearer and more detailed view.

Click the Focus mode button in the top right corner of the visual.

To return to the previous view, click Back to report.

Spotlight a visual

To draw attention to one visual among many on a busy report page, you can highlight it, dimming the rest of the report page.

Click the More options button in the top right corner of the visual and then Spotlight.

To turn of the spotlight, click outside in the dimmed region.

Show chart data in a table

If you want to view the underlying data of a visual in a tabular format, you can use this feature.

Click the More options button in the top right corner of the visual and then Show as a table.

To return to the previous view, click Back to report.
