If you want to get support and allow a support agent to access your Connect environment, you can do this via the admin portal. You can select the support agent and you can decide when you want to revoke this access.


  1. Open the ADMIN portal: https://admin.texconnect.io/
  2. Click View subscriptions.


  3. At the bottom, right side, click Request support.


  4. Select the support agent.


  5. To stop the support, clear the above checkbox.
