The Event board module (section MONITORING) is a timeline based overview of your machines with their production orders and events. Via tooltips, you can see more details about each event and production order.

What can you see?

The Event board module shows:

1. Timeline: Displays the dates and times of the visible period.
2. Machines: Each machine has a row.
   To focus on the machines of your interest, select a machine group with the drop down box. These are the machine groups that are defined in the Plant view.
3. Planned Production orders are shown as a transparent light gray box, surrounding the boxes of the events that occurred for the production order. If you don't use the Planning board, no production order boxes will be shown.
   To see more information about a production order, hover over its box until it turns blue and hold until a tooltip appears.
4. Events are shown as a box with an icon. The icon defines the type of event. See the next table for the possible icons.
   To see more information about an event, hover over its box until it turns blue and hold until a tooltip appears.
   You can also click an event to get the Event detail window at the right side.
5. Clustered events: When individual events are too small to display, they are grouped into a box that shows the total number of events. Click the box to zoom in and view the grouped events in more detail. If the events remain too small to display after zooming, hover over the box to see their details.

   none	Running	Green border
   	Running with declaration	Border color is according the declaration group setting. See also Declarations.
   	Stopped with declaration	Fill color is according the declaration group setting. The box shows the name of the declaration and the declaration group.  See also Declarations.
   	Stopped with stop reason	Fill color is according the automatic stop group setting. The box shows the name of the automatic stop and the automatic stop group. See also Automatic stop groups.
   last icon	Disconnected	The last status is dimmed.

What you can do?

You can do the following in the Event board:

Go back in time

You can navigate to other time periods in the following ways:

• To navigate to the earlier or later time, either do one of the following:
  • Hold the pointer on the events, press and hold SHIFT and use your mouse scroll wheel.
  • Use the and buttons on the top right.
• To return to the most recent events, click Now.

Zoom in/out

To zoom in to shorter events, or to have a broader overview, either do one of the following :

• Hold the pointer on the events, press and hold CTRL and use your mouse scroll wheel.
• Use the zoom buttons and  on the top right.
• Click a clustered events box.

The zoom level is remembered when you return to the Event board later.
