Connect consists of modules that are available via the menu. The modules are divided into intuitive sections. The sections and module names adhere to the MESA model.
MONITORING

| Plant view | Machine overview with real time machine events for connected machines (start/stop events, ...). |

SCHEDULING

| Planning board | View and change the planned date on which you schedules will be woven on the machines. |
| Production orders | Create weave schedules for your machine. |
| Definitions | Create technical components. |
| Designs | Design library, launch WeaveLink, launch TuftLink. (carpet/velvet) |
| Sales | Manage customers, articles and orders. |
RESOURCES

Tree structure
Modules are organized in a tree structure. Branches have the 
/
button. Modules don't have such button.
To use this tree structure:
- Click
to expand a branch. - Click
to collapse a branch.
To open a module, click its name.
If a branch only contains one module, the standard branch name will be replaced by the name of that module, except for Production orders. Example:
Opening a module
You can open a module in three ways:
- To open a module in the same tab, left-click it in the menu.
To open a module in a new tab, click it with the middle mouse button or hold CTRL and left-click it in the menu.
To open a module in a new window, hold SHIFT and click the module in the menu.
Breadcrumbs
The 'breadcrumb bar' on top shows the location of the page that you have opened in the menu tree structure.
Example:
If a branch only contains one module, and got the name of that module (see the above example), the breadcrumb will still show the original branch. Example:
If an item is edited or created, the breadcrumb bar shows the name of the item. You can click the module name to return, i.e. to cancel the edit/create. Example:
In some cases, lower branches can be selected. Example:
Menu operation
- To hide the menu, click
. - To open a module, hover
in the top left corner and click the respective menu-item. - To keep the menu visible, hover
and click 
. - To resize the menu width to fit your needs, hover the menu border until you see the resize icon. Then drag to change the width.
Favorites
Mark any modules as a favorite for quick access without navigating the full menu. You can also mark your customized report views as favorite. (see Customizing report views)
Hover a menu-item or custom report view and click the star.
The menu-item then appears in the Favorites section.
